Calculations:
A formula is used to calculate shipping costs as follows: A flat rate per order, plus a fee
per item multiplied by the number of items ordered. All costs are in US dollars.
For example, the flat fee in the US for one priority mail item is $6.00, and the fee per item
ordered is 50 cents. Therefore, an order of 5 items by priority mail would cost
$6.00 + 5 (.50) = $8.50. The formulas for the countries we ship to are below.
